Destined By Grace CNA Prep Course
Our CNA prep course prepares students to pass the Florida’s Board of Nursing Assistant State Exam by challenging the nursing assistant competency exam in Florida. This course is fast paced and will provide students with the opportunity to learn and review essential material, practice required patient care skills, ad complete a written practice exam. Once a student has completed this course, they will be able to apply for and challenge the exam to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.

- Course fee includes: Live Lecture/Hands-On Skills Practice/Power Point Presentation/2 Mock Exams/Videos/Study Guide/Review/Plus 4 hour one on one skills study session within 1 week of test date.
- Assistance with Test Registration upon request**Fee does not include Level 2 background check fee (approximately $80) or State exam enrollment fee ($155) **PLEASE BRING CREDIT OR BANK CARD AS METHOD OF PAYMENT TO REGISTER TO TEST ON LAST DAY OF CLASS, IF YOU WOULD LIKE ASSISTANCE.
- **Study session conducted between hours of 9 am-5pm on agreed upon day for 4 hours. Additional same day hours available for additional fee. For an additional fee, additional hours can be added to skills study session in 1 hour increments up to 4 extra hours.
- DRESS CODE: Casual attire or scrubs, socks, and closed toe shoes.
- WHAT TO EXPECT: Due to course being fast paced, you will not be able to leave for lunch. Please bring your lunch/drinks/snacks etc. to class. I will provide all learning materials.
Disclaimer: You must pass the level 2 background screening prior to being allowed to test for your CNA certification. In the event that you fail your background screening, all monies paid to Destined by Grace Medical Training Institute are Non-refundable.
**Requirements for becoming a CNA include passing a level 2 background screening and having a valid Florida ID.
No refunds for scheduled courses, however course may be rescheduled ONCE if canceled within 72 hours.

CNA prep Course
This is a CNA Prep course that prepares students to challenge the Certified Nursing Exam for Florida by offering 24 hours of dedicated instructional time over a 3-day period for daytime classes and over a 6-day period for night classes.
Instructional time consists of live lecture with PowerPoint presentation, in class skills videos, 2 written mock exams, hands on skills practice, and a bonus one-on-one skills practice session with the instructor within 1 week of scheduled test date. Each student receives a folder with learning materials that correspond with the course.
Class size is limited to 4 students to allow all students the opportunity for personalized learning. We offer a learner friendly and team-oriented environment.
Class is offered in English but lecture does include subtitles in Creole or Spanish upon request (Being able to read and understand English is recommended as Written portion of Florida Exam is only offered in Spanish or English, skills exam is only offered in English).
**You must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening prior to being approved by the State of Florida to take the Exam. (There is a separate fee for the background screening and the CNA exam, not included in the price of this course)
**Dress code: Closed toe shoes and socks are required. Scrubs are preferred but not required.
**Mealtime: Bring your lunch, snacks, and drinks as we may not have time to take an actual break due to fast pace of course. Vending machine containing snacks is onsite.
We understand that things may happen, so we offer the opportunity to reschedule course date once with at least a 24 hours’ notice prior to start of class. Failure to notify instructor of inability to attend class or no-call no-show prior to or during course period results in forfeiture of any remaining instructional time and any monies paid toward course.
