This course prepares you to assist patients with taking their medications by various routes and provides a total of 6 hours of instructional and hands-on training regarding assistance with self-administration of medications in an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) setting. This course is taught by a Registered Nurse and our curriculum focuses on all aspects of Florida laws for assistance with self-administration of medications, medication practices, and medication safety. Course also includes videos and written exam. Same Day Certification.
There are no prerequisites for this course. You must be at least 18 years old.
Bring Identification to class.

No refunds for scheduled courses, however course may be rescheduled ONCE if canceled within 72 hours.
Dress Code: Scrubs preferred but not required.
